Vignette carte view of President Abraham Lincoln with a wonderful embossed patriotic motif. The portrait of Lincoln is from the February 9, 1864 Anthony Berger photograph. The Lincoln portrait on the current United States five-dollar bill is based on this photograph. This one does have a small bit of soiling. While this view is not back marked, it was probably produced by Salisbury, Bro & Co, of Providence, Rhode Island.
