Seated view of an unidentified U.S. Navy Ensign striking this very dignified pose. Well dressed in this double breasted naval frock. He sports large shoulder boards with the anchor visible. A single line of gold braid can be seen on the cuff along with a single star denoting his rank as an ensign. Back marked out of Lowell, Massachusetts.
