Description
Beautiful ninth plate ruby ambrotype of this Federal soldier sporting a tailored sack coat. It appears to be equal in length to a Federal infantry frock. He also sports this wonderful black slouch cap to shade those large ears! This one comes housed in a very nice and seldom seen “Harvest” case. Very nice and clear image.
