Really sharp looking carte view of an unidentified infantry sergeant. Seated pose in a simple wooden chair, the NCO sit’s dressed in his infantry frock with sergeant’s rank worn on the sleeve and striped NCO trousers. A McDowell pattern cap rests on his knee with the Company letter “A” pinned to the top along with what appears to be the numeral “139”. No back mark on this one and it is slightly trimmed along the top.
