Description
Beautiful silk ribbon from the 1890 National Encampment held in Boston. This example is from the G.A.R. Post No.8 which was located in Philadelphia. Brilliant blue and red combination ribbon which hangs from the suspension bar. This one also displays to bullion tassels and bullion fringe along the bottom. Just a small bit of deterioration up in the right hand corner where something spilled on it, otherwise a beautiful ribbon.
