Description
This is a two-piece medal from the May, 1914 U. C. V. reunion held in Jacksonville, Florida. The top portion has spring pin on back, with front featuring two draped Confederate flags under “JACKSONVILLE, FLA” and a rendition of the city skyline. The lower portion is connected by a link and features a bust of unidentified Confederate general officer. Five tabs protruding from the bust display insignia from the various military branches. Not a state you see very often.
