Description
Early 1860’s period albumen of a husband, wife and their daughter. This one does have a period ink inscription along the bottom which is difficult to read and looks to be in a German script.. It appears to read, “Jim Anderson and his family. Jim is ?? from ?? ?? ?? old Loll??????”. Somebody more familiar with German could probably figure out the inscription. It is mounted in the original wall mount wood frame. Measures 9″ x 8″. Neat piece.
