Black silk ribbon for the C. Swaine Evans G.A.R. Post No. 580 located in South Westerlo, New York. This example has the Grand Army of the republic suspension bar from with the ribbon hangs with the G.A.R. celluloid pendant in the center. The opposite side features a red, white and blue ribbon with identical lettering.
