Description
Civil War patriotic themed cover addressed to a “Mr. T. M. James” of Bloomville, Ohio located in Erie County. This example is opened on one end. The cover features the US flag and a man strangling the “Snake of Secession”. The reverse of this cover has some pencil writing across the back which for the most part I am unable to decipher but appears to be some discussion regarding legal matters.
