Double cased quarter plate thermoplastic case. I could not locate this exact example in Krainik’s book on cases. Typical wear to the corners and edges. This one does have a crack at the top hinge which makes it a little sloppy when opening. Still functions well however. It’s hard to find double sided cases in this size.
