Super sharp CDV sized tintype of a Federal cavalry sergeant. Seated pose of this NCO with legs crossed giving you a good look at those muddy knee high cavalry boots! His trousers have been tinted a light blue with the NCO stripe running down the side of the trousers. Dressed in his cavalry service jacket with sergeants rank shown on the sleeve. He is seated in front of this wonderful military themed backdrop. Beautiful clarity to this image. I do not have a case for this one and the preserver is detached at one corner. Great looking image though.
