Description
Really neat quarter plate tintype. Studio pose of this rather exhausted looking soldier. His trousers are rolled up several inches while wearing his service jacket open. A cockade is pinned to the vest which is in the shape of a star. His ensemble is completed with this really awesome brimmed felt head gear! This image just has a really great look to it. It does come housed in a half leatherette case with some names in it but it is not original to this image.
