Description
This is a beautiful half plate, husband and wife daguerreotype. Wonderful photo of this middle-aged couple all dressed in black. This has a small bit of spotting to it, but it is nowhere near as bad as it appears in this scan. This view was done by William North of Cleveland, Ohio. William would be in operation here during the years of 1857-1858. Wonderful portrait in the half plate size!
