Beautiful Iowa Women’s Relief Corps silk ribbon from the 1916 Kansas City reunion held in 1916. This example still retains beautiful pink and green hues to the ribbon. The Woman’s Relief Corps was designed to assist the GAR and provide post-war relief to Union veterans. Measures 8.5″ x 3″.
