Description
Like new G.A.R ribbon from the Joe Hooker Post No. 21 located in Mount Vernon, Ohio. Red, white and blue silk ribbon with silver lettering. Silver bullion fringe runs along the bottom with a celluloid suspension bar depicting the opposing forces shaking hands. A second celluloid in the center features the G.A.R. emblem. A second black silk ribbon is sewn to the back with silver lettering also. This example is like new!
