Description
USN leather cap box meant for holding percussion caps. Marked on outer flap with, “USN”. Leather is supple with a bit of crazing to the exterior flap. Latch tab has no tears and hooks onto brass finial. Inner flap has both ears. Marked stamped on this inside flap “G. H. Haedrick of Philadelphia”. Both belt loops on the reverse are secure and intact. Original fleece lining and pick are missing however. All stitching is tight. Overall a very nice USN box that you don’t see very often.
