Not your typical ivory pocket calendar. This is the first example I have seen where the front and back cover are made from mother of pearl rather than ivory. It also only has 5 week days running Monday through Friday rather the 7 typically seen. This one is smaller than the typical examples as well measuring an 1 3/8″ x 2 1/2″. Still retaining the silver clasp. Beautiful example and one that I have not seen before.
