Description
Red silk ribbon for the 33rd National G.A.R. Encampment held at Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in September, 1899. This one was worn by an unknown staff officer with the Department of Ohio. The bottom is trimmed in gold bullion fringe with the original bobby pin still in place. One small stain but otherwise a nice Ohio ribbon. Measures 9″ x 3″.
