Pair of documents pertaining to William Carroll of the 127th New York Infantry which include his discharge and a pay voucher. William would muster in “F” Company as a corporal in September of 1862, but by January, 1863, he was being discharged under a medical certificate. The pay voucher cover his time served from August until January and his travel from Washington to New York.
