Description
Discharge certificate for 22 year old Thomas C. Luff of the 127th New York Infantry. Thomas’s service would be short lived. He would muster with “A” Company in September, 1862 and by November, he had been discharge on a medical certificate for “Chronic Rheumatism”. This one is signed by the surgeon and dated December 14, 1862. There is one small tear in the center of the document.
