Description
Super carte view of an unidentified New Hampshire volunteer infantryman. Dressed in his infantry frock, his cap rests on the pedestal at his side. Typical New Hampshire hat brass visible on top of the cap with the letter “N.H.V” present as well as his company letter “E”. His regiment designation is present inside the infantry horn, however slightly out of focus and unable to read. It appears to be maybe a “16” or “13”. No back mark on this one, but I always enjoy these New Hampshire views with the hat brass.
