Nice albumen view of the monument to the 118th Pennsylvania Infantry located at Gettysburg. Known as the “Corn Exchange Regiment”, the monument is located on Big Round Top. The regiment would be hotly engaged in the vicinity of the Wheatfield on July 2nd, holding their position on July 3rd and 4th. This example is by well known Gettysburg photographer. William Tipton.
