This is a really neat 1860’s period carte view of a family home. This Victorian era home is mostly hidden behind a considerable amount of overgrowth of trees, bushes and vines. Photographed during the summer months, a number of individuals can be seen posed to the right of the image sitting on the front porch. It’s difficult to see, but there is a woman standing on an upstairs balcony, partially hidden by the tall tree in the center of the image. To the left another woman can be seen poking her head out of an open upstairs window. Really neat outdoor image that is back marked out of Delaware, Ohio.
