Description
Small albumen mounted in the original black lacquered oval frame. Seated to the right we see an older gentleman with arms folded. In the center, a much younger woman stands holding a bouquet of flowers. Possibly the man’s daughter. The the far left sits an African American woman. Her eyes are averted from the camera as she stares down at the floor. In her lap one can see that she is knitting some small piece of clothing with two knitting needles in her hand. This one is marked on the back by the photographer that operated out of New York. Measures 6.75″ x 5.75″.
