Description
Eighth plate tintype of a Federal cavalryman. Dressed in knee high boots, cavalry trousers and a cavalry service jacket. The jacket on this one is trimmed in orange which may indicate he was a dragoon. He leans on his sword at his side while wearing a forage cap with cavalry insignia on the front of the cap. This one does have quite a bit of surface abrasions to it as you can see. I also only have the mat for this one and no other hardware.
