Description
Sixth plate tintype of two Federal infantryman. Perhaps brothers, the two sit side by side wearing rain covers over their caps. Dressed in infantry frocks, one of the men outranks the other. A private sits to the left while the other wears the rank of sergeant and is armed with his NCO sword. This one is just a tad dark. Housed in a full leatherette case with a split spine.
