Description
Nice sixth plate ruby ambrotype of a rebel officer from the state of Tennessee. Dressed in a grey frock, the collar and cuffs are trimmed with dark facings which appear to have been red in color. A small slash pocket is located on the breast of the coat while dark shoulder boards are worn. A brass eagle device is pinned to the front of his cap as well. Previously published in the March/April 2009 Edition of Military Images. A copy of that edition is included with the image. Housed in a full thermoplastic case.
