Description
Nice seated pose of this unknown officer. Dressed in his military frock, he wears the rank of 2nd lieutenant. There is no mistaking which corps he was serving in. A large, silver 6th Corps badge is pinned to the breast of his coat. A second and very large 6th Corps badge is pinned to the front of his cap with what appears to be the numerals “122”. Unfortunately this one is not back marked nor is it id’d.
