Description
This is a really awesome quarter plate ruby ambrotype of a violin player. C. 1860 view of this musician. Seated in a chair with legs crossed, he draws the bow across the strings of his violin. Dressed in checkered trousers, long coat and bowler style hat. Still retaining the original seals. Just a really great looking image. Housed in a half leatherette case.
