Description

Quarter plate tintype of two artillery pards. The two men stand side by side dressed in artillery service jackets and light blue trousers. One of the men rests his shoulder on his fellow gunner. They are posed in front of this outstanding camp themed back drop which is attributed to the Army of the Potomac during the winter of 1863 – 64 near Falmouth I believe. Housed in a half leatherette case.
