Gorgeous quarter plate ambrotype by famed Richmond photographer, Charles Rees. Beautiful portrait of these two very young ladies dressed in white gowns with their bare feet poking out from under the dresses. Wonderful blue tinting to the back of the chair with the shoulders of the dress of one of the children tinted in shades of red and pink. The other is accented with gold highlights while holding an apple. I do not have a case for this one, but just a beautiful image!
